About Teman

Teman is a 36-metre traditional Indonesian phinisi operated by PT The Teman Seas, sailing Komodo, Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea. She carries a maximum of 12 guests in five ensuite air-conditioned cabins, with a full-time crew of ten plus a Cruise Director and up to two dive guides. The boat is built for mixed groups: divers, snorkelers and leisure guests travel together, with a dedicated snorkelling guide on board from the first snorkeler and one of the two dinghies often assigned to snorkelers. Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are included on every cruise, and a beach BBQ and beach volleyball are offered when conditions allow. A solo guest can book Sulawesi as the whole cabin at 200% of the per-person rate, on request.
