Account & Data Deletion Policy

1. Account Deletion

You can delete your Be Underwater account at any time from the app settings. Once you delete your account:

• Your profile will be permanently removed and no longer visible in the app.
• You will lose access to all bookings and account features.
• Associated personal data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.

2. Data Deletion

You may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account. This includes profile data, saved preferences, and usage data where applicable.

To request deletion, contact us at beunderwaterapp@gmail.com using the email linked to your account.

3. Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within 14 days. You will receive confirmation once the process is completed.

4. Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Anonymous and aggregated data may be kept for analytics and service improvement.
